Graphological Features

This post is focused on the graphological features of each source pictured. If you have any comments or points please comment below :)
Source One

This source uses a large number 6 to emphasise that this is only the amount of myths the audience needs to know, this is in a clear brightly coloured font to make it stand out from the rest of the article and draw the audience's eye to it. The writing next to it is in a large font which if the audience's eye is drawn to it, explains what the article is about in a brief sentence. The subheadings are in a smaller font but bolder and larger than the main body of text which is clear and easy to read in a black font on a white background.

Source Two

This source has a picture that takes up half of the page therefore drawing the audience's attention to it. It also has a bright blue arrow on a greyish background making it stand out and saying to the reader that this image relates to this text. The audience are then told what this article is about by the large bold writing which is in a plain black font. Then there is extra information under the title in bright red font, therefore letting them know that it is an important piece of information. In the bottom right hand corner of the image there is a small paragraph in white font to allow it to stand out from the rest of the picture and to give, in short, what the picture is about.

Hello!

Hiya! My name is Elizabeth Bees but you will know me as the Busy Little Bee! I am 16 years old and go to Queensmead Sixth Form. This blog is mainly for my English Language A-level course but I may use things that do not relate to this subject. Feel free to look around but please bear in mind I am still learning and it may take some time to get used to it! Also feel free to comment, any tips would be helpful... :D
PS. Bloggers feel free to speak to me about having a link from my page :)
